About Us

The compliance partner between your factory and Saudi customs

We handle the regulatory chain that sits between a finished product and a released container — classification, testing, certification, labeling, inspection, and clearance — as one file with one point of contact.

Built around the part that actually goes wrong

Benzila Certification Pvt Ltd exists because Saudi market entry breaks on paperwork, not on products. Exporters build something that meets every technical requirement, then lose weeks at Jeddah or Dammam over a lapsed certificate, a mistranslated ingredient list, or an HS code that pointed at the wrong technical regulation.

We were set up to remove that failure mode. Rather than handing clients between a testing lab, a labelling consultant, a freight forwarder, and a customs broker — each of whom sees only their own segment — we run the whole chain under one file and one named account manager.

We are an independent compliance-support practice, not a government body and not a notified certification authority. We prepare, submit, and manage your files with the bodies that do issue approvals, and we tell you plainly which route applies before you spend anything.

Six stages, one file

Most clients need three or four of these. We scope which apply before quoting, so you never pay for a stage you have already covered.

  1. Classify

HS code and applicable technical regulation. Everything downstream depends on getting this right.

  2. Test

Accredited laboratory testing, or review of existing reports where they already cover the standard.

  3. Certify

Product and shipment certificates raised with the body that issues them.

  4. Label

Arabic and bilingual artwork checked against GSO rules before the print run.

  5. Inspect

Pre-shipment and port-arrival verification of quantity, packing, and marking.

  6. Clear

Customs documentation reconciled and filed so the consignment is released.

Two regulators, two specialist desks

Saudi conformity splits cleanly along product type. Which desk handles your file depends entirely on what you are shipping — and if you are not sure, that is the first thing we settle.

Four commitments we hold ourselves to

Operating rules, not slogans — each one exists because its opposite caused a problem we had to fix for someone.

Accuracy before speed

A certificate issued quickly against the wrong regulation is worse than no certificate. Classification is settled first, every time, even when it delays the file by a day.

One named contact

Every file has an account manager who knows its history. No ticket queues, no re-explaining your product to a new person at each stage.

Plain answers on cost

Itemised quotations showing what testing, certification, and clearance each cost. If existing test evidence can be reused, we say so instead of re-testing.

Renewals tracked for you

Product certificates lapse quietly and stop shipments loudly. We diarise renewal windows and raise them before they become an emergency.
